| - Quick repair of slightly injured envelopes already fitted on tyres to be cured
- Just apply the gum, allow to dry for a short time, then put the tyre with the envelope on it in the autoclave
- Removing the envelope from the tyre is not necessary, as the repair area is cured within the retreading cycle
| - Repair patches for repairing both minor and larger injuries or for replacing damaged valves
- EASY REPAIR GUM is used for the application of these patches, providing a durable bond to the envelope/inner liner
- Vulcanization takes place in a REMA TIP TOP Thermopress machine or in the autoclave
| - Rubber repair segment to be placed between inner envelope and tyre bead
- Provides for optimum bead vulcanization during the autoclave curing process
| - These plates help to retread tyre sidewalls in cold-retreading processes
- They are put on the freshly built-up sidewall under the envelope
- The build-up of spews on the sealing lip between the inner and the outer envelope is thus avoided
- The envelope sidewall plates, like envelopes, have to be treated with envelope release agent before use
| - Have a structured surface with continuous ventilation channels and holes
- Are made of heat-resistant rubber to withstand temperatures of up to 120 °C (248 °F)
- Their feather edged sides leave virtually no marks
- The vent plates last for about 500 curing cycles
| - Ring system is used to clamp ARC envelopes to the bead
